On July 15, Pu Lijie, Deputy Chairman of University Council led a delegation to Beijing for a meeting with the China Education Association for International Exchange (CEAIE) to strengthen the university’s internationalization strategy. Hosted by CEAIE Deputy Secretary-General An Yan, the discussion focused on enhancing our global partnerships and expanding international opportunities for faculty and students.
Pu outlined our recent progress in international collaborations and sought CEAIE’s support in establishing platforms for applied university partnerships, overseas programs, and innovative international projects. An Yan praised our achievements and expressed enthusiasm for deepening cooperation across education, research, and cultural exchange.
Both institutions agreed to advance joint efforts in various areas, including collaborative degree programs, overseas initiatives, the YES program, and partnerships with the Finland Applied Science University Federation. Enhanced interaction and closer ties between NJIT and CEAIE will support further growth in international cooperation.
